1. Introduction

Welcome to PlagTV, a live event streaming and content distribution platform operated by Plag TV SAS (hereinafter, “we” or “PlagTV”). By using our services, you accept the terms and conditions described below.

2. Definitions

  • Customer: Person or company that uses our platform to broadcast events.
  • Spectator: User who accesses events transmitted by customers.
  • Service: Platform for streaming and distributing content on plag.tv.

3. Use of the Service

3.1. Content Restrictions

The customer cannot use the platform to stream content:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
  • Pornographic or child exploitation.
  • That incites hatred, violence or discrimination.

If unauthorized content is detected, the customer's account may be blocked without the right to a refund.

3.2. Transmission Rights

The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to transmit their content. PlagTV is not responsible for legal disputes over copyright. If a third party reports a violation, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or remove the disputed content.
  • Block the customer's account if repeated violations are detected.

4. Payments and Commissions

  • Spectator payments are processed through Mercado Pago.
  • The PlagTV cost agreed between the parties and the Mercado Pago commission is deducted before the transfer to the customer.
  • Payments to the customer are made according to Mercado Pago's availability times.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • The customer can cancel their subscription at any time, but access is will remain until the end of the contracted period.
  • Refunds are not made for annual payments in case of early cancellation.

6. Geographic Restrictions

Customers can limit access to their content based on the viewers' location, obtained through the browser API.

7. Service Interruptions

7.1. Technical Failure Policy

We strive to ensure uninterrupted service. However, interruptions can occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance.
  • Server or network failures.
  • External factors beyond our control.

If a technical fault prevents the transmission of an event:

  • Spectators may request a refund at the customer's discretion.
  • The customer may receive a discount or bonus on their next bill.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and viewers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
